Company Dissolved

A Company Dissolved is a done deal. All debts gone forever. No more chasing from HMRC and Enforcement Officers. If that were so then there would be a very small number of Liquidations happening every week of the year.

However many directors think that when they have a company dissolved quickly then all the debts are gone. That is why you often see company reports with dissolution notices in their filing history.

HMRC, when they have been chasing debts, reverse the dissolution process by issuing a Winding up Petition. A judge will then bring the company back to life and close it down again, alerting the Official Receiver and shocking the director.

There are better ways than company dissolved tactics to sort out company debts, so Call TaxGone on: 01302 815846 and let’s discuss a better way forward before you drown in your debts.
